Important Notice
One regular registration is within FIVE Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceeding.
Please send the required documents: a. final paper; b. signed copyright form; c. filled registration form; d. payment proof to mere_contact@robotics.ac.cn to finish the registration.
Please note that the paid registration fee is nonrefundable if you can not participate in the conference.
Online Presentation
As coronavirus spreads worldwide, some authors cannot attend the conference because of travel restrictions. In order to enhance communication among authors, the organizing committees welcome those authors to join in the conference by media method, like online presentation, video presentation, etc. Online presentation sessions will be arranged accordingly besides oral sessions and poster sessions.
Format of Presentations
Paper sessions will consist of Six presentations in a 90 minute session. You are expected to present your paper within 15 minutes including question time. The session will be divided equally between the presenters. Each presenter will be expected to have the presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point saved in USB.
Poster sessions: All posters will be displayed in the open area around to the registration desk.
Note: The following resources will be available for presentations: flipcharts, laptops, projectors and screens.
Refund Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
Authors-Full Paper Submission
As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver a presentation on MERE 2020, orally or poster presentation. You must submit full-length manuscript for review before the submission deadline and register when you receive the acceptance letter. The detailed register procedure could be found in the acceptance letter.
Author registration fee includes: paper publication, 15 minutes presentation time, access to whole sessions, Conference materials, lunch, conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner), etc.

Presenters-Abstract Submission
As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on MERE 2020, orally or poster presentation, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. You must submit aabstract for review before the submission deadline and register when you receive the acceptance letter. The detailed register procedure could be found in the acceptance letter.

Listener Registration
As Listener, you can attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
Listener registration fee includes: access to whole sessions, Conference materials, lunch, conference package (all conference tracks, morning, and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner), etc.
Listener registration:
1. Please fill the information and complete the payment via Online Payment System.
2. Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Email to mere_contact@robotics.ac.cn and wait for the secretary‘s comfirmation.
