Welcome Message
We are pleased to announce and cordially invite you to 2027 the 3rd International Conference on Mechanical, Electronic and Robotics Engineering (MERE 2027), which will be held in Wuhan, China from May 21-23, 2027.
MERE 2027 serves as a high-level international platform designed to bring together global researchers, engineers, and industry representatives. The conference is dedicated to fostering frontier technological innovation and promoting cross-disciplinary integration within the fields of mechanical, electronic, and robotics engineering.
Wuhan Polytechnic University will serve as the host, with China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) as the co-host. This edition is organized by the School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Wuhan Polytechnic University. We warmly welcome experts, scholars, and technical professionals from around the world to participate in this event to share your latest research findings and engage in profound academic exchange.

Authors - Full Paper Submission / 作者全文投稿
[Definition] The "Author" category is specifically for participants who submit full-length manuscripts for peer review and formal publication.针对提交全文稿件、参加同行评审并寻求正式出版的参会人员。
[Submission Standards] Submissions must be original, unpublished, and written in English. All papers will undergo a plagiarism check (Similarity index below 20%).稿件须为原创且未经发表的英文论文。所有投稿均需经过学术查重（重复率须低于 20%）。
[Paper Length] A full paper submission should typically range from 4 to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.全文投稿通常建议长度为 4 至 6 页，包含所有图表及参考文献。
[Presentation & Publication] Accepted authors are required to present their work (Oral or Poster) at the conference to ensure the paper's inclusion in the proceedings.录用作者须在会议上进行学术报告（口头或海报展示），以确保论文收录于论文集。
Presenters - Abstract Submission / 报告人 - 摘要投稿
[Definition] The "Presenter" category is designed for participants who wish to deliver an oral or poster presentation to share their latest research or work-in-progress, without publishing a full paper in the proceedings.适用于希望通过口头报告或海报展示分享最新研究成果或在研项目，但**不需要**在会议论文集中正式出版全文的参会人员。
[Submission Standards] A descriptive abstract (typically 200-400 words) should be submitted for review. 需提交一份描述性摘要（通常为 200-400 字）。
[Presentation & Certificate] Accepted presenters will be assigned a 15-minute oral presentation slot or a poster display space. An official presentation certificate will be issued on-site.录用的报告人将被安排 15 分钟的口头报告或海报展示位。组委会将在现场颁发正式的参会报告证书。
[Note on Publication] Please note that abstract-only submissions will be included in the conference program for communication purposes but will NOT be sent for indexing in digital libraries.请注意，仅摘要投稿的内容将收录于会议程序册供交流参考，但**不会**提交至数字图书馆检索或出版。
Listener Registration / 听众注册
[Definition] The "Listener" category is for participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting a paper or making a presentation.适用于希望参加会议但**不提交论文且不做报告**的参会人员。
[Benefits] Listeners have full access to all keynote speeches, technical sessions, and workshops. 听众可以全程参与所有主旨演讲、技术分会场及工作坊。
